Questions? We've got you covered!

We offer 18 month guarantee on drying works and 12 months on any building works. (subject to final inspection and excluding pre-incident issues)

We can deal with small one room incidents to large commercial properties such as hotels and office buildings, we have access to one of Europe’s largest drying equipment fleets through our drying equipment service providers.

We work with all UK based insurers and are the company of choice for some. Do remember though, even if we’re not your insurance company’s preferred partner, you get to choose who carries out work on your premises and we endeavour to build relationships with all insurance companies where we can.

This really depends on your property’s layout and the extent of the damage, but generally, no. We will always give you notice of when we’ll do the work and how long it’ll take, as well as finish up as quickly as possible, but generally we’ll be using specialist materials that should be handled safely and have to protect the people around us.

Unfortunately it’s impossible to give a time-frame without seeing the extent and type of damage we’ll be fixing. We do everything we can to work as quickly as possible, but some things just take time, such as drying-out a premises, leaving cleaning chemicals to settle and the like. We’ll always endeavour to keep you informed every step of the way though as we know how important it is to you to rehabilitate your home or business.

Again, unfortunately there’s no way to tell until we can get inside and see how big a job we have. We will give you and any insurance company a clear, itemised price so you can see exactly where the money is spent, and we’ll always make sure you agree to the price before taking on any work.

Property restoration usually involves a set plan:

  1. Assessing the extent of the damage with you and developing a plan to get it repaired.
  2. Securing all necessary permits and inspections required for repairs or renovation work.
  3. Removing any damaged materials and debris from the property.
  4. Completing all repairs or renovations possible as quickly as possible to ensure safety and quality of workmanship.
  5. Cleaning up the area to make sure it is safe for you, your loved ones or colleagues to come back inside.
  6. Performing a final inspection of the work to ensure it was done properly and meets local codes and regulations.
  7. Releasing the property back to you or its owners once it is safe for occupancy and ready for use.
  8. Keeping records of all work performed, materials used, inspections completed, etc., to ensure it is properly documented.

Though it’s important to bear in mind that every situation is different and requires slightly different services, perhaps in a slightly different order!
